Terms and Conditions (T&C)

  1. Objet

    The purpose of the present "Terms of Use", hereinafter referred to as "T&G", is to provide a legal framework for the use of the www.imssa.org website and its services.
    This contract is concluded between :

    • IMSSA SA, hereinafter referred to as « the Publisher »,
    • Any individual or legal entity wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as « the User ».

    Access to the site implies acceptance of these T&C by the user.

  4. Responsibility of the user

    The User is responsible for the risks related to the use of his/her login and password.

    • Control Risks

    The domains to which the hypertext links present on the website lead do not engage the responsibility of the Editor of www.imssa.org, who has no control over these links.

    It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the website www.imssa.org without express authorization of the Editor.


  9. Evolution of the Terms & Conditions

    The website www.imssa.org reserves the right to modify the clauses of its T&C at any time and without justification.

    The duration of the contract is undefined. The contract produces its effects towards the User as from the beginning of the use of the service.


  11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    Swiss law is applicable to this contract. The place of jurisdiction is Bulle, Switzerland.
